Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item.
  • Return Method: Returns are to be made by mail, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping label.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
